Response time

Hi,

I am eager to start using IP-symcon, but I have yet to get my licence file.
I have paid the licence fee, but have not gotten any respons from IP-symcon at all. I have sent two emails the last two days without response. One in english and one in german, but I have yet to hear back.
I am reaching out to the staff and moderators; can you please process my order or help me contact someone that can?

After the payment arrives, your license file will be send to your email address. Please keep in mind that international wire transfers can take a few days until they are processed. Only PayPal payments are and can be processed automatically within seconds.
