Symcon Premium Support

The Symcon Premium-Support is the ideal solution if you want to use Symcon like a pro. We will explain the basics to you based on your current hardware and will develop individual solutions depending on your needs. If required, we can even create small custom scripts.

The support uses AnyDesk which allows us to work together on your project. Simply contact us after payment to arrange a suitable appointment at short notice, at which a qualified support employee will be available for you by phone.

You can spend your contingent as needed in periods of 15 minutes.

Please make sure that the hardware you are using is properly connected and that all the necessary drivers have been installed. Please consider that we are not necessarily able to advise you on third-party manufacturers systems.
