Configure access

Configure for each user of your system which areas they can access. This allows the customer to view the current status in the visualization without changing it, while the administrator can use their full access to adjust any parameters of the system.

Grouping via roles

Save yourself a completely new configuration of rights if another service employee is added who is to use the same rights as other employees from their department. Instead, a role with suitable rights is prepared once, which is then assigned to a user with just a few clicks. Of course, detailed adjustments can still be made for individual users so that a specific service employee can still be given access to another visualization.

LDAP

Do you already use LDAP for user administration in your company? Symcon can optionally synchronize with your LDAP system. All roles and users from LDAP are then also available in Symcon. Just define the rights within Symcon and you can get started.
