Smart Home with WeberLogic 2.0

What was it about?

Expanding WeberHaus's Smart Home portfolio with a premium offering. The SymBox extends WeberLogic 2.0 with a particularly modern and individual visualisation. It is ideal for those who want to design their smart home in a particularly flexible way and place great value on a fully local and extensible solution.

What was installed?

Due to the extensive range of home equipment options, an individual setup is put together for each house. The SymBox Pro is installed in the house, which is connected to the Eltako Series 14 via an FGW14 actuator (connection via RS232).

An additional Modbus Gateway is used to control the fresh air heat pump.

For larger properties with multiple Eltako BUS systems, additional Symcon LAN Gateways are deployed.

How was Symcon used?

Symcon is the central control unit for the entire smart home. In addition to connecting the Eltako actuators, inverters and battery storage systems are also integrated into Symcon for intelligent energy use.

Furthermore, the entire roller shutter/blind automation (night lowering, shading) is realised fully automatically in conjunction with an Eltako weather station.

Additionally, a floor plan visualisation using IPSView can be offered and implemented on request. WeberHaus offers over 15 further integration options that include functions or automations.
