IPS_GetLicensee

Returns

Licensee of the active license. Without a valid license, the string is empty.

Description

This function is intended for internal use only and may change or be removed at any time without notice.

The function returns the licensee of the active license. This is the username the license was entered with in the license management, usually an e-mail address.

If no valid license can be read, IP-Symcon runs in demo mode and the function returns an empty string.

If the license is changed, the function immediately returns the new licensee, even if a restart of IP-Symcon is required to fully apply the license.
