IPS_GetSubscriptionExpiration

 int IPS_GetSubscriptionExpiration ()

Returns

Unix timestamp of the end of the subscription. 0 if no subscription is known.

Description

This function is intended for internal use only and may change or be removed at any time without notice.

The function returns the end of the subscription of the active license as Unix timestamp. If no subscription is known, e.g. without a valid license, 0 is returned.

A version of IP-Symcon can only be used with a full version if its build date (IPS_GetKernelDate) is not after the end of the subscription. Otherwise IP-Symcon runs in the time-limited demo mode (IPS_GetDemoExpiration). The Community Edition does not require a subscription.

The end of the subscription is retrieved from the license server at startup and when required. If the subscription is extended, the function returns the new date after the next update.
