IPS_GetLimitDemo

Returns

0 if a full version is licensed, otherwise a value other than 0 (demo license or demo mode)

Description

This function is intended for internal use only and may change or be removed at any time without notice.

The function returns whether IP-Symcon runs with a demo license. For a full version the value is 0. If no valid license is available, IP-Symcon runs in demo mode and the function returns 1.

When a demo expires is returned by IPS_GetDemoExpiration. Note that a full version also falls back to the time-limited demo mode if its subscription has expired for the installed version; the function still returns 0 in this case. Whether a time limit applies should therefore be checked with IPS_GetDemoExpiration.
